Served Anemoi Iapyx at a dinner party last night.  The group drained the bottle easily!  It’s the first dessert wine made by Colorado’s Anemoi Wines. Iapyx, named for the god of the northwest wind, smelled of honey and dewy, fresh green grapes. It tasted of the first bite of a crisp Red Delicious apple with the skin on. Iapyx is late-harvest Pinot Grigio. A hit!
