Lala’s Pizzeria + Wine Bar offered and excellent flight of rose wines tonight with a tasty trio of pairings. Cantine Barbera “La Bambina” from Sicily paired well with canteloupe, Prosciutto, and artichoke salad with a fresh tarragon vinaigratte drizzle. E. Guigal Cote du Rhone paired nicely with a poached tiger prawn with fresh strawberry and peach salsa. Domaine Treinnes paired beautifully with a confit of Pancetta over sweet pepper and fresh herb pearl cous cous. Yum! Cheers to spring.
