Today Charcoal Restaurant in Denver celebrated its first anniversary with a gathering of friends, food, wine, beer, and cocktails. It was a warm, relaxed get-together. Owner Gary Sumihiro circulated in the bar and restaurant, sharing stories about Charcoal’s first year of operation. The chefs were hard at work the whole night, preparing trys laden with everything from roast beef cristoni to grilled shrimp. Happy Anniversary!
